Workshops

Skills you'll use Monday morning.

Short, practical workshops taught by community leaders, incubator staff, and mentors — with AI as a running focus. Not theory, not a webinar funnel.

The format

Small room. Working session. Real examples.

Most workshops run 60–90 minutes with time to apply the material to your own business before you leave. Some are free, some have a small fee to cover the room and materials — always listed up front.

The flagship

Business Builder.

Our 2–3 day startup competition: form a team at the event, validate an idea with real market research, and pitch a fleshed-out concept under the guidance of mentors and coordinators. No idea or team required — that's the point. It's also the required first step toward incubator funding.

For builders

Tech Hackathons.

One to two days — sometimes overnight — of building a real application in small teams and demoing it live at the end. Free API credits are given away during the event, backed by on-site compute for LLM, embedding, text, image, and video generation. Built for programmers and developers who want to ship, not just talk.

Taught by the community

Your strengths, shared with the room.

Workshops are taught by community leaders, incubator staff, and mentors — and by community members presenting their business strengths to the group at large. The marketer teaches marketing, the bookkeeper opens the books, the operator shows their systems. AI runs through everything we do: practical AI tools for small business today, building on the studio's compute tomorrow.
